Chapter 1: Introduction to Day 2
The theme for Day 2 of the Mindvalley AI Summit was centered around the idea of increasing creativity. This event wasn't just another ordinary summit; it felt like an accelerated learning experience about AI. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Vishen and the Mindvalley team for orchestrating this enlightening event, allowing attendees to absorb knowledge from remarkable speakers.
For those interested, I've also compiled my reflections and valuable AI tools from Day 1. Now, let's delve into the highlights of Day 2.
Section 1.1: Unleashing Creativity with AI Tools
The focus of today was on how to harness AI for creativity without needing coding skills. The day kicked off with a comprehensive demonstration by Vishen, showcasing how he utilized ChatGPT and Midjourney to create tailored images. These images were optimized for various uses, including posters, YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, articles, and book covers. He provided insights into his prompting techniques, which I believe will be beneficial for content creators like us.
This video titled "Why You MUST Be More Creative in Our AI World" further explores the importance of creativity in the age of AI.
Section 1.2: Building Websites Using AI
Next, Andri Peetso, an accomplished author and entrepreneur, took the stage. He demonstrated how to construct a website from scratch using AI tools, all without any coding expertise. His live demonstration was impressive, showcasing his belief in self-sufficiency. For those interested, here’s a link to his personal website, as well as a link to his book on Amazon, which is currently available for free through Kindle Unlimited.
Andri has also shared a YouTube video that walks through the process of building a website with AI.
The second video titled "How AI Can Help You Be More Creative" presents methods to enhance creativity through AI.
Section 1.3: Creating Music and Visuals with AI
Manon Dave, Mindvalley’s Chief Product Officer, showcased how to use Adobe Photoshop's AI features, specifically the Generative Fill tool. This tool allows users to modify images by adding or replacing elements—ideal for adapting visuals for social media or promotional materials. He also introduced Midjourney, demonstrating how to create multiple images from a single prompt using its zoom function.
Additionally, he presented Skybox AI, a tool that generates entire 3D environments based on user prompts. I experimented with a prompt requesting an "enchanting forest" and received a surprisingly quick rendering. While the quality wasn't perfect, it opens up exciting possibilities for creating immersive experiences.
Section 1.4: Voice Cloning with AI
Domenic Ashburn, also known as Mr. Grateful, shared his journey of rapidly growing his social media following, all thanks to AI. He began by creating a short gratitude meditation using Eleven Labs to clone his voice and ChatGPT to script it. He discussed the advancements in ChatGPT 4 compared to the free version, emphasizing the enhanced reasoning capabilities.
Domenic also introduced an AI tool for those who prefer not to appear on camera in videos.
Section 1.5: Closing Remarks and Future Opportunities
Vishen concluded the program by presenting Mindvalley's new initiative: AI Mastery, which has limited availability for interested participants.
That wraps up the highlights from Day 2 of the Mindvalley AI Summit. Stay tuned for more insights from the final Day 3 in my upcoming articles.
