I bid farewell to processed foods and welcomed whole, unrefined options such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into my diet. The difference was immediate: I experienced increased energy levels, improved digestion, and a significant reduction in cravings for unhealthy snacks—save for my love of dark chocolate, which I enjoy in its 70% cacao form.
Nutrient Diversity is Vital
Through clean eating, I learned the importance of incorporating a variety of foods. I began to explore colorful fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, crafting vibrant, appetizing meals. My palate has never been more satisfied, and I feel confident that I’m nourishing my body with everything it needs for sustained energy throughout the day.
